The Munching Theory by Ma sem halunk éhen is a shared food project where we create simple, rich, and reliable recipes for everyday cooking. We focus on dishes that are not complicated, yet still look great and taste amazing.
Our goal is to show that cooking is not a complicated process, but a creative and enjoyable part of everyday life.
The recipes are created by a small multi-person team. A professional chef is also part of the team, responsible for cooking techniques, flavor balance, and the professional quality of the recipes. The cooking, experimenting, and testing process is done together, while one team member is responsible for the technical and online content management.
Every recipe is prepared in a home kitchen and tested multiple times before being published. We do not write theoretical recipes, but real, tested dishes. We use our own photos so you can see exactly what you can make at home.
Our goal is simple: to provide recipes that work. We don’t want to overcomplicate cooking, but rather make it easier so that anyone can prepare them at home without unnecessary stress.
