Tomcsik has more than 10 years of experience in gastronomy. He has worked as a professional chef in various kitchens, including larger hospitality environments.
He is responsible for recipe development, flavor building, and ensuring the technical foundation of each dish.
🍳 Cooking team – testing and execution
The recipes are also tested and refined by the rest of the team in home kitchen environments.
