Directions
Peel the vegetables and place them in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet, then cover with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45-50 minutes.
Once the vegetables are soft and have developed some color, remove them from the oven. Let them cool slightly, then transfer everything into a blender. Add the salt and pepper.
